I love Burleson staff! They were so patient when me and my two children (8 and 5 months) came in the office. I was getting work done and my 8 year old tried to make my 5 month old a bottle and spilled formula all over the floor. They did not get upset or frustrated they were patient and even brought warm water for us to make the baby a new bottle. They cleaned up the mess and told us not to worry and they all still were smiling and willing to help, I appreciated that so much. 10 out of 10 for Burleson More

I'm new in town and had an urgent dental situation. I relied on my dental insurance website to find a new dentist in the network. I didn't know who I would see, but was able to book an appointment online for the next day. I was very fortunate to find Dr Fatema. I was alarmed to find upon my first visit that I needed a root canal. I was very anxious about the procedure with a new dentist (I'd been with my previous dentist over 25 years), but she and her assistant were compassionate and attentive and did a great job. The massage chair was an additional comfort and I appreciated the distraction of a favorite film playing on Netflix. A thoughtful bonus, they provided sunglasses to protect my eyes from the harsh examination light and anything that could have gotten in my eyes during the procedure. More

I had an appt at Burlseon Mint Dentistry. And I was so impressed. The receptionist was super helpful and accommodating with a minor mishap (on my part). And my dental assistant was very nice, thorough, and gentle while still getting the job done. I can't emphasize gentle enough. Also, I love all the minor details, which made a huge difference, from being able to enjoy a show during the whole process, the massage chair (which i didnt use yet but i will next time 😉) and sunglasses, to wear during the procedure * to keep my eyes free from debris/water 😬)You guys know what im talking about. After forgoing dental cleanings for the last 5-6 years, I went here to get a receding gum line evaluated based on the reviews I saw on Google. I was able to book and fill out paperwork online, so when I arrived at the office there was minimal paperwork for me to sign. I was taken back shortly after getting situated, where a very friendly dental assistant took some X-rays and kept a pleasant conversation going. The dentist soon came over to give me a thorough explanation of why I was experiencing the receding gum line, in addition to suggesting prophylactic treatment to ensure I avoid potentially expensive problems down the road. After all of my questions were answered, the hygienist came in to quickly and efficiently clean my teeth, as well as recommend daily actions and dietary modifications I can make to help my dental health. In the midst of the great treatment, a financial planner came in to inform me of costs, what my insurance would and wouldn’t cover, and offer to reach out for me to see if uncovered treatments could be covered after submitting files proving the need for the treatment. I really liked my experience here, and I feel like they did a great job of making me feel welcome. I’ll be back! Update: I came in on 8.6.21 for a filling and bite adjustment, and Dr. Tran and Dr. Shattuck treated me with extreme care and consideration. They are a great team! I’m happy to have found a new dental home. More

After forgoing dental cleanings for the last 5-6 years, I went here to get a receding gum line evaluated based on the reviews I saw on Google. I was able to book and fill out paperwork online, so when I arrived at the office there was minimal paperwork for me to sign. I was taken back shortly after getting situated, where a very friendly dental assistant took some X-rays and kept a pleasant conversation going. The dentist soon came over to give me a thorough explanation of why I was experiencing the receding gum line, in addition to suggesting prophylactic treatment to ensure I avoid potentially expensive problems down the road. After all of my questions were answered, the hygienist came in to quickly and efficiently clean my teeth, as well as recommend daily actions and dietary modifications I can make to help my dental health. In the midst of the great treatment, a financial planner came in to inform me of costs, what my insurance would and wouldn’t cover, and offer to reach out for me to see if uncovered treatments could be covered after submitting files proving the need for the treatment. I really liked my experience here, and I feel like they did a great job of making me feel welcome. I’ll be back! Update: I came in on 8.6.21 for a filling and bite adjustment, and Dr. Tran and Dr. Shattuck treated me with extreme care and consideration. They are a great team! I’m happy to have found a new dental home. More

I haven't been to a dentist in a few years, I knew I needed lots of work. We set up a schedule that worked with my benefits, little out of pocket cost as possible. The doctor was knowledgable and very nice. Victoria was wonderful. She x-rayed, took pictures, made whitening trays & cleaned my teeth.
